CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) - RISK FREE DEFERRAL POLICY

Whilst Sarah and myself are both race organizers, we are runners at heart and fully understand the concerns of many currently planning their race calendars.

With this in mind, we have amended our IBEX MULTI-DAY - ULTRA 2021 / CHALLENGE 2021 deferral  policy to offer additional support to participants in these challenging times. In the event that you need to defer your entry to 2022 due to one of the below reasons, 100% of deposit and balance payments will be carried over.

You can request a deferral right up until fourteen days before the race start, for the following criteria, when in relation to Covid-19:-

• If you are unable to travel to Spain due to your government imposing travel restrictions at the time of Ibex Multi-Day - Ultra 2021 / Challenge 2021.

• If the Spanish government refuses to allow entry to those arriving from your country at the time of Ibex Multi-Day - Ultra 2021 / Challenge 2021.

• If the Spanish government applies restrictions, which means we need to cancel or postpone the event.

We sincerely hope the above does not occur, but recognize that it is important to have additional peace of mind when entering an event at this time.
